Payment can only be made via PayPal. Once a price is agreed upon an invoice will be generated. You will have 7 days to pay in full. Once the full payment has been received, your order will be moved to the "in progress" bucket in my queue. Orders are worked on in first in first out order except for rush orders. Rush orders are placed next in the queue.

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order, you will be refunded a prorated amount depending on the amount of work completed. All funds are held for the duration of the order. Funds are not allocated to other expenditures until your commission is complete.

Orders paid but not started will receive a 100% refund.

I take communication very seriously. I will communicate with you multiple times throughout the order. If you do not respond to my messages within 7 calendar days I will deliver the unfinished project along with a prorated refund.

Once a project is delivered, there will be no maintenance done to your website. All maintenance is expected to be done by the customer. This includes but is not limited to: page updates, data base management, additions, etc.

If you are looking for a Webmaster/Custodian I do offer these services but they come at an hourly rate. You may inquire about this via my Discord.

I will provide numerous updates throughout the life of your commission. It is up to you to point out discrepencies during these updates. Upon final delivery, no further revisions will be accepted. Revisions must not be vastly different from your original quoted description. Additional payment may be required for any extensive revisions.

Your project will be delivered through Discord, uploaded to my website behind a password locked page. You will be provided the password to retrieve your documents. I will not be accountable for holding your finished projects longer than 30 calendar days. It is your responsibility to download the files and store them appropriately.

If you are opting for me to upload these files to your web host for delivery, you will need to provide me an FTP account for your web host.

Licensing costs are additional expenses paid to myself in order for you to receive permission to use my products. Personal projects do not have a licensing fee but licensing rules still apply. You may not reupload my products as your own. You may not use my products for AI training. You are allowed to make alterations and modifications as you see fit, as long as you still give credit to myself.
